Default white crap on plug electrode

so I decided to pull out my plugs today while I had my intake manifold off since it is getting replaced. I had a coolant leak where the crossover meets the plastic on the passanger side, and both my gaskets are looking pretty bad. Anyways when I pulled the 6 and 8 plug out they had rusted nuts and there was white crap on the electrode, the #8 had a greenish rust. I still haven't got the #7 out cause its rusted so bad and the spark plug well was filled with oil. So what could have cause the white powdery stuff on the electrodes? And what cause have caused the oil in the plug well? Valve cover gasket is fine. Thanks

its the 5.4 2v

White stuff on the plug usually indicates coolant in the combustion chamber, not sure how the oil went where it did. Only real way (to my knowledge) is a failing valve cover gasket.
