its claimed 15-20 by tp, and he does dyno his stuff....so im going to say its about 15 ponies freed up and bout 1-2 mpg...but ill let you know on mpg when i get my kit put on

 

the hp gain is clearly noticable. it wont make your truck into a race car but you can defenitely tell its picked up some bottom end

 

I believe you can feel it. I did it on my 4.0L I used to have and it seemed to let it wind up alot quicker. Anyone had cooling problems after doing the electric fans?

I have seen test where it has freed up 12 hp so I am not to surprised to see him get dyno gains at 10 - 15. Awesome.

 

Does anyone know the pin out / color code for the electric clutch fan?

 

Does anybody know how much air the fans push? i read you need 5,500 cfm fans.

 

you check the fan site for the FAL fans and it tells how much the pull.... Trust me I let mine idle with ac on for long times and it dont get close to hot... And ac works like a champ....

I have the FAL - ford f150 setup. They make a setup just for our trucks with the 5.4L twins with 2 speeed controller w/ ac setup. basicly never hear it kick into second stage even in summer.....
