Default chips-and do they work

I have a 2006 Supercrew with a 4.6....Is a tuner chip worth the money on a truck with 122,000 miles. I have been looking at superchip's Cortex model. On the same subject my wife drives a brand C truck and it doesn't get very good mileage so considering the possiblility of a tuner for her for Christmas but only if it will help her mpg. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

I own a 2003 F-150 Supercrew. I have replaced the Mass Air Flow Sensor and Idel senoloid, but the truck keeps vibrating while in park or neutral. Can anyone help me! Thank you!

I have the 4.6L 3V EFi engine in my 2010 Ford F150 SCab STX and from what I've reserached, chips are not worth the money for these trucks. The best thing is the tunes from 5startunes. Look them up on Google and get the 87 tunes for better MPG. From other reviews, it said it can increase gas mileage from 1-3 miles per gallon.

A chip is designed for OBI system primariy, you have OBII and need a tuner / programmer which is OBII specific.
