Default Idle problem

Hey guys, i just picked up a 2000 F-150 with the 5.4. I have put about 100 miles on it before i noticed some rough and low idle problems. It idles around 700 rpm's which is below normal correct? I can see that there is an idle adjustment screw on my TB but i shouldn't just go changing that if it was fine before, correct?

I appreciate the help,
Charlie

Also, I should probably add in that the truck had idled fine with no vibrations before i went mud-bogging. I hit some pretty good size puddles and water got everywhere. Also, the vibration is at idle when the truck is not in gear. So i don't think there is a tranny issue.
