Default 5.4 3V engine tools

I'm planning on replacing the timing set, cam phasers & oil pump on my 2007 5.4 3V with 201,000 miles. I'm buying all timing parts here

It says it's all OEM from a ford dealer & not a bad price.

I plan to use the new melling HV oil pump but not sure if the M360HV or the M340HV would be the best choice. Both are high volume but different relief valve pressure. With over 200,000 miles I think the higher pressure would be best. Any thoughts or opinions about that?

My next question is should I buy the OTC 6024 crank tool, OTC 6684 valve spring tool, OTC 6681 cam tool vs the rotunda knockoffs on ebay? Huge price difference for one time use.

Any advice is welcome. Owned Fords my whole life but new to the Triton 5.4 3V Thanks!
