Loud whooshing noise in cab ecoboost
I just bought a 2014 f150 supercrew ecoboost and every time i give it gas over about 2000 rpm it makes a loud whooshing noise at the dash, sounds exactly like cab fan is cranked. Goes away after throttle let off. Makes no sound at all when revving in neutral. Any clue what's going on????

You probably have a boost leak. Most likely a loose or split induction boot.

Looks like all is normal...no leaks, clamps tight, etc, as per mechanic. Just super loud. Everyone says they've never heard anything like it but there is nothing wrong, apparently. Thanks
