Default 2016 Supercrew Ecoboost 3.5 with Various Clunking

I have a 2016 Supercrew with the Ecoboost 3.5L, 4WD and 6 speed transmission with Tow Mode. 4WD selector also has a 4Auto option and max tow pkg. I'm having a couple problems with the transmission the dealer says is normal.

1. When it reached 4,000 miles every time I come to a rolling stop (almost a complete stop), then put my foot on the gas it clunks. Watching the gear display I noticed it is in third gear when I put my foot on the gas, then drops to 1st and clunks. If I come to a complete stop it does not clunk.

2. The other day I was in rush hour traffic going about 15 mph coasting, put my foot on the gas and it clunked so hard I thought I was rear ended.

3. Just recently another problem developed, going between 55 and 60 mph if I take my foot of the gas, coast, then put my foot on the gas it clunks, like something is loose underneath. Towing my camper (6,000 lbs) it is really noticeable.

If you have a 2016 Supercrew with the 3.5 Ecoboost can you chime in hear and let me know if you have these problems. I have taken it to the dealer three times with it now having 18,000 miles and they say it is normal. I need some ammunition for my taking it in the forth time

Thank you

Greg

this isn't engine-related, this is transmission/driveline related.
