Default Yea or nay

I just purchased a 1995 F150 Flareside 5.8 L auto. 4x4.After 5 days of reading prior posts ,here is what up grades I have in mind.Flowtech long tube headers, magna flow hi-flow cat. converters, dual exhaust with flow master 40 series mufflers,k&n cold air induction. And since I need new wheel bearings I am going to manual locking hubs.Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Just installed Flowtech headers and 2.25 pipe no cats into flowtech raptor mufflers turn out before rear wheels. Should help a little. Put in a k&n filter.
