Default wont shift to OD!!!!!

Hey guys i have a 94 150, v8 auto, has 114,000 on it and runs great. Only problem is she stopped shifting into OD. it is an eletronic OD trans, alittle stumped. any ideas,,,thanks guys.

Here's some more info, the od light on the shifter is flashing...any ideas?

Does your speedometer work? Is your ABS light flashing? All 3 need information from the VSS to work correctly.

yes the spedo works, and no the abs light is not flashing. Thanks to all for your help!

Does the **** on the end of the gear shifter twist? Mine fractured at the base and was able to twist around. Eventually a wire shorted and wouldn't let the OD off switch work.

Hopefully it's something simple like that. I patched mine for a while, but eventually had to replace the whole shifter arm....$68. Plus $10 for the quarter size end ring. Good luck.
