Question Windsheild whiper control module removal

My windshield wipers are working but only when i push the washer button I was told that it might be the control module. I know where it is but I can't take it off with out breaking plastic whats the secret? thanks!

I found mine on my truck just hanging there, guess someone had already been through the battle with it. But, I think I read somewhere to demount the fuse panel and move it out of the way for better access?

the fuse panel is across the other side of the truck? my relay is behind the govebox and abs computer.

Try this man.

  1. Reach up under the instrument panel, behind the wiper switch, and locate the governor. Unplug the wiring connector and remove the wiring clip from the panel reinforcement.
  2. Remove the governor attaching screw and remove the governor.
  3. Installation is the reverse of removal.
