window help

i have power windows on my 94 and the window will only go down. i know its the motor but how do you go about taking it out? i took off the door panel and scoped it out but need further help.

If the window goes down then the motor is fine. It's a switch or wire.

Ah yes, the stupid plastic things inside the mechanism that break to bits. There is a thread somewhere that explains how to fix that, using nuts instead of the plastic junk.
