Default Wheels and tires

I need a little help with tires. I have a 94 XLT 2wd. I'm about to lift it 4 inches so I can fit 33's on it. Will the stock wheels be able to fit and support the 33's?

Thanks

They can fit 33x12.50x15 on the stock 15' rims. As far as I know It will have trouble with anything wider

I'll be doing a lift soon and at first I was going to do 4 inches with 33s, but after some research, I decided to do a 6 inch lift with 33s. The truck really doesn't look lifted with a 4 inch lift, and the 6 inch lift is only $20 more with just about any brand lift you go with.

I'm assuming you have the 5.0, but if you are like me and have the i6 you might want to look into getting a regear. I'll be regearing my 3.08 to the 3.73 because of the lack of power I'll have with the i6.

Do you think the 33's with a 6 inch lift will look too small? Also, how much would the 6 inch lift affect the gas mileage?

If you're worried about gas mileage, bigger tires is not what you want without a re gear
