Default What To Do Next

I have 86 F-150 Pick-UP
5.0 / 4 x 4
Duel Fuel Tanks
Since I got it has never really made out of the neighborhood.
We got this truck to fix it up.
It has been nothing but problems since day 1.
We have sank a lot of new parts into this truck.
Are biggest issue is keeping it running long enough to get out of the drive way.
At the beginning the truck would start up and run smooth.
You take it up the the street, and it would start to sputter likes it is running out of gas.
We pull the bed off to look into the gas tanks, and check fuel pumps.
We found that both fuel pumps were bad, also there is a fuel resovior that is on the frame that the high pressure pump pulls from.
We changed out the rear pump, the fuel resovior, the fuel filter.
The previous owner says he changed out high pressure pump, and fuel regulator.
After changing all those parts we still have the same problem.
Other parts that was change out, fuel relay, spark-plugs, and wires, ignition coil, new distributor, and all the internals, and the ECM.
It does not set a code.
The fuel gauge is working.
We are kinda at the end of the rope, its becoming a money pit.
Maybe it is time to put it on Craiglist and cut it loose.
If anybody has some suggestion, I could use the input.
Thanks

You should have found the problem instead of just throwing parts at it. Its become a money pit because you didnt diagnose the problem before you bought anything.
