Not even close lol i never realized how much ahead stihl was until i helped with some storm clean up and there was probably 4 different brands of chain saws our 660's were running circles around them all including the husquvarnas Or whatever haha

Hmm. Really? Even if the fire danger is low that day? Is that just your state or across the board?

thats my state, if its bad enough you cant even drive a vehicle in the woods, but that rarely happens. we need 2 weeks of pretty good rain to open up the woods, which usually happens around oct 4th. there is no ifs and or butts, the woods are closed for getting firewood all year except between early oct to as late as mid November. other wise id be getting firewood year round, gotta cram a years worth of firewood into about 2 weeks (have to do it around work and school)

Well dang. That sounds crazy. I don't think North Carolina has that law though. I see a lot of people with chainsaws round about. But whatever. What law right? Better to ask forgiveness than permission right? But now the governments has.proof I know the law!! Ahhh. Lolq

yea back in Montana you can get a permit year round from BLM, i hear you can get private permits here in Oregon but there so damn hard to find, much harder to get.

I got stock and temping to sell my gt40 heads for afr165 heads.

The stock ones I took off and had them rebuild but never used them as I got the GT40 heads right after.
