You are obviously skinny also or there wouldn't have been enough room for you under there

Yeah, skinny enough. I did use a transmission jack to get the tank in and out.

Sean- First thing I would check is the little black o-ring in the top of the DFR...there is a good picture of it on the weblink that was posted.

Mine was completely swelled shut....all the fuel from the low pressure pump (either tank) comes through that port. If the o-ring is swelled shut, you will have the same symptoms as a bad fuel pump......

The book isn't the final say. Mine was appraised at $1000 but I got $1499 plus I kept the truck with no change in title status.

I got the DFR unstuck. Both tanks seem to be working fine, even though I think the DFR needs to be changed.

I Drove it to bowling last night. After snowing 3-4" and being cold. It was rather foggy inside afterwards. As long as I hold it about 2500 RPM(by ear) it will stay running with the heat on. If I let off the gas, it dies. Still need to get this fixed. Fortunately we have some 60+ weather scheduled for this week so I can get things done.

On a side note, I bowled a 720 series last night. My high ever.

3-4" of snow yesterday. Today Sunny and 49. Tomorrow Sunny and 68. Iowa weather. Changes faster than you can change your drawers.
