I got mine for $10 at the junkyard. Haven't put it on yet.

It needs a reservoir, and you'll have to make that one fit. Why is yours leaking? Where from? The reservoir has an o-ring you can get but it looks like it's coming from higher.
It's coming from the top. And I don't plan on putting the front tank on anytime soon

Well it looks like a line, and a new wrong valve isn't going to fix that.

Take the thing off and look at it. I don't remember what kind of seal the cap has, but you might be able to fix it.

I planed on it Monday or Tuesday in diesel tech class. I hope there are no springs in it.

Nothing is going to fly out at you, but there is one or two tiny o-rings. They often swell and prevent proper switching. I drilled mine out to open them back up. If it doesn't switch right some o-rings may be in the reservoir. The two valves are under the cap and have retainers holding them in.

Ill check it out while Its out. How would I go about stopping fuel coming out without damaging the lines?
