washer not working
First you need to figure out if it's the relay, switch or the motor, swapping another relay in will answer that question (just take a relay from a known working component and replace the wiper motor relay). You will need a voltmeter (multimeter) to figure out if it's the switch not sending the proper signal. If relay doesn't help and switch is sending signal then motor is probably bad.
Try turning it on then forcing the wipers by hand, sometimes in cold weather the old motors have a hard time moving, or if they haven't been used in a while.

If you hear a clicking by the glove box its not the relay it's the pump in the tank..remove the little tank and twist it out, and it might be stuck in there after 20 years! the pump is less then 20 bucks
There is a relay for that too but if you can hear it clicking when you push it for spray it's more then likely the pump. If you dont hear nothing when you push it it could be a fuse, relay or pump or all of the above...lol
This question is so vague. Have you checked anything out yet? There are quite a few things that could cause the water not to get to the nozzles.
I ask this question only because I've had a customer with this issue, and this solved the problem......... Is there fluid in the reservoir?
Check the fuse
See if power is getting to the pump
Make sure all the hoses are ok, they tend to dry out and crack
Make sure there's nothing clogging the the pump intake
Check the switch
Check the relay

The fuse is in the fuse box..the relay is behind the glove box "I think" but that is where you listen for the clicking. And yes if you have a test light for power it will make your life easy. And new lines my be in order..here is what i did.. Step 1 check fuse, step 2 push that washer thingy..do you hear it trying to work? If yes fuse and relay good, now grab a bottle of water take a big swig and try to blow it threw the line if you cant do that fix it so you can..if you get all of the above working and no blue juice is still not coming out it's the 20 year old pump that ran dry 100 times over replace that and you have new squirts
