Question vent drain

After washing my truck, water drains for hours from the drivers door "A" pillar. Where is the drain for the air vents? I'm sure they are plugged with leaves and such. How do you clean it out? Thanks.

Should be able to pull the wipers and the plastic under them and clean that area out.
