where does the white vacuum line go, its on the left side next to the coffee can lookin thing...is that where it connects, mines just hangin around for no reason.

a pic would be helpful. does your heat selector work? like to change from defrost to vents

 

Left or right doesn't work with cars, passenger side or drivers side works better. Technically the coffee can is on the right of the truck, left when viewed from the front.

There should be a sticker on the air box with the vacuum diagram.
