Default The Typical No Start Post

I need your help. I am a new member to this site and I have done a lot of research on multiple threads and in this one and i have not been able to find something similar to my issue. The truck is a 95 f150 5.8l with what i believe is an electrical issue. I was towing the boat to the lake and it lost all ignition for a second and then cut back on. It did it one more time from that point to the boat ramp. At the boat ramp it turned off and would not turn back on. After towing it home, trouble shooting and throwing a lot of parts at it i am still clueless. The truck is not getting any spark, unless i disconnect the SPOUT connector. If i disconnect the SPOUT i am getting spark at the plugs. Once i discovered this i thought that it would start and still got a no start condition. At that point i discovered that the injectors were not firing. I have fuel pressure at the rails, if i compress the schuader valve i get fuel with good pressure coming out of the rails. Also, i could hear the fuel pumps running when i turned the key to run during the inital trouble shooting. That being said both pumps (dual tank) quit priming with the ignition on run. Recently the selected tank has started priming again but it is just staying on, they are not priming and then turning off. SO, now to the nitty gritty. I have replaced the ignition coil, ICM, distributor, PCM, checked PCM power relay Diode, as well as the PCM Power relay both of which checked good. I am at the point now i am following the wiring schematic and chasing wires checking volts and OHMs. I have used low voltage LEDS to test the PIP signal to the ICM. I am getting a signal from the PIP as the LED would light up when the signal came to the ICM. I have checked the PCM ground, as well as any and every ground i can locate. I feel like it is an ground issue, or a PCM issue as the PCM is the only component here that connects the ignition, injectors, and fuel pumps together.

I am sorry if there is some information that is needed that i have left out or confusing information. This is my first post on a forum, getting desperate and pulling my hair out over this issue.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everybody
