Default two ? icm and shudder

looked all over my drivers fender where i was told to look and couldnt find the icm. then i noticed something on my distributor that looked alot like the pictures of my icm. is that it?

after the truck warms up and i give it very light throttle to maintain speed goin up a small hill or to slowly accelerate it has a bad shudder. if i accelerate then let off the throttle the truck downshifts and if a just hold it to a steady speed it will shudder. my initial thought was toque converter. i changed my tranny filter thursday to no avail. Had 2000 pounds of scrap loaded in it drove it 25 miles to the scrap yard with no problems at all. then once i was unloaded problem back. ne ideas??

Yes the ICM is bolted to the side of the distributor.
