Default Turn Signals Not Working

Hi. I need some help figuring out why my turn signals aren't working on a '96 F150 w/ a 5.0L V8. I replaced the turn signal switch, but that didn't work. Bulbs and fuses are fine. I checked the flasher, which was bad (the hazards work, but when I put the turn signal flasher in the hazard flasher spot the hazards didn't work, and they are the same part) but replacing it didn't work. I have a multimeter, but I have no clue what to check or how to check it. Suggestions?

I guess you can check the switch for power (blue/orange wire, hot always) and check the turn signal flasher for power (orange/yellow wire, hot in run). Do the brake lights work?
