Default Truck is sagging??

So when parked if I stand back and look at it, it seems to be leaning to the front, obviously there's more weight, but is it supposed to do that?

If its the right amount then you can always get a leveling kit or spring stabilizer, which is a bushing that goes on top of the shock for and extra inch. Like $50 for the stabilizer

I think you can put f250 springs in the front too.

Your stock springs ate probly just shot.you csn just get new stock ones. My dads truck used to be real nice and level now it looks like the front tires are gonna rub on the fenders

Yea I can see a looks a little lower then usual at least to me. I would take a look at the whole mechanism if I were. You'll be able to tell if something looks wrong.
