Default Transmission issues

Hey everyone! First time posting, longtime lurker. So, I have a 1988 f250 4X4 with the 5.8L and automatic transmission. This truck sat for about 10 years in a barn and ran great before being parked. After a little tinkering and some fresh fuel, she fired right up. The only problem now is, it will not go into any gear and when I put it back in park the transmission will grind.

Like I said, it ran and drove great before being parked 10 years ago. Anyone have some suggestions on what I should look for?

All help is greatly appreciated 👍

take the lines offf at the trans or thread a nipple into the radiator end and put a hose and do a gravity flow test top to bottom. Pour in slow does the fluid come out the other end maybe lightly blow on it see if anything comes out. Th bottom wouldn’t have anything connected
