I have a 96 f150 302 4r70w 4x4 .... my truck wont shift into 3rd while driving. But hers the deal, i take the fuse out and put it in drive , wants to take off in 3rd. So i down shift to 1rst or sencond and it goes to 2nd gear, take off the put it in drive and theres third... get goin faster and od kicks in... so i have 1,2 when fuse is in and when its out i have 2,3, and 4...??? Any one know what this could be.. ive already changed all solenoids, and pcm and checked wiring,.
