Default Tranny Problems

Hi guys I have a 1994 f150 302 4x4 with an automatic transmission and I am having a slight problem. Ocassionally while i am driving down the road it will drop out of gear, when this happens I let off the gas pedal and it will pop right back in. This only seems to happen every once in a while and only when the tranny is warm.
So my question is, does anyone know what this might be? My truck goes in for a fluid and filter change in a week. The tranny was rebuilt in 2008 and the truck was parked from fall 2009 until about a month ago. I also have a slight leak from the transfercase, could that be causing the problem?

Thanks in advance for the help everyone!

Sounds like valve body gumming up, I'd recommend changing the fluid and then going to NAPA or a local transmission wholesaler and buying a bottle or two of Lubeguard as it works miracles on shudder, delayed engagement, and intermittent shifting problems.
