Default trailer light wireing

i do not have trailer light wires and am going to install a receiver hitch and wires any tips or tricks?

There should be a hookup under the truck behind the bumper its to dark out to post a pic now but I'll post one in the morning you put in a tee between the wires to hook it up. I sound crazy but It's hard to explain without a pic

You will have to get a heavy duty flasher or your turn signals will blink fast and real dim

You can get a heavy duty flashed at any parts store along with the tee fitting. I bout mine at AutoZone. Much better than the old way of cutting in to the wires. You may not need to replace your flashed. A lot of trucks came with heavy duty ones. But they are cheap anyway.
