Reese is a brand. It is sometimes used in place of saying a receiver hitch.

I tow 12, and 16 foot trailers with my truck, loaded to ****, and she does the job everytime. Another great thing to get are little rubber blocks that sit on your rear axle ( I forget the exact name of them). They sit on your axle, and when you have no weight in the truck, they sit with a little gap, but when you put weight in the truck, they take most of the brunt, saving your suspension, and not having your truck sit 2 inches from the ground. ( they cost around 60 bucks or so, and are real easy to install).
