As stated before: All TTB/Twin I beam Ford trucks from these generations do that. The lift just made it more noticeable. Some don't do it as extreme as those pictures illustrate, but the amount it points inwards is probably really small if you don't notice it.

My truck is just leveled and I notice this too. Every TTB/i beam truck I've seen will do that when reversed a little, it's nothing to worry about as long as the tires sit straight when you're driving forward

The geometry of the suspension set up or something like that. With all the different possible angles that 4 major mounting points for the beams/axles and secondary points of the ball joints have to endure, it was designed to run true mainly going forward on basically a flat surface. At least that is what I read somewhere.

My 92 4x4 does the same thing. But I don't have twin i beams. Adjusted the cambers but it didn't help. I'll post pics in a bit. So, I still need help as to how to fix it.

If its stock, you have twin traction beams, its the same deal, just 4wd

You have TTB, it's the 4x4 front end. Still 2 I beams pretty much. It's normal
