You will probably not be able to fit the 32's under there without some rubbing when you turn. I have a 96 F150 4x4, stock suspension(for now) and I have 31's and they only just make it without rubbing.

Yes, it should be okay. If you notice my signature, I have listed the tire size I am currently running. I have the stock 15" rims too.

32x10.5R15 will just barly fit. they will though. iv had them on my truck before.
you can even go 32X11.5R15.

i run 31X11.5R15 currently only because i can afford to buy 32's. with a simple lift you can put 33's. but anyways. hope this helps.

different in body styling for the '89 and '96 would be the nose, and the Bumper mostly. thats why 32's just wont shove under without rubbing on the '92-96 f150's.
with the short style '87-91 bumper 32's arent a prob.

there are many types of stock rims alone for that year. EX: stock white rims (normaly a rusty color by now) the stock slate grey. If you can find a set of cleaner nicer rims hey then why not. to tell you the truth most people are going to be more impressed that your ride is cruising around on 32X11.5R15's they wont care that its on stock rims.
Now the quest is are you going to run 11.5's on an (i guessing your stock rim size) 8" wide rim? i sure wouldnt. would hate to find out you had a tire failure due to the tire coming off the rim!
i dont know how it is there. but most Garages here in Maine wont even touch them if they arent the right size for the rim.
Have fun cruising around on 32's. Oh and if you get the chance to pick up a used 32X11.5 or 32X10.5 do it! always smart to find out that it DOES fit before you buy 4-5 brand new tires only to find out i was wrong. Keep in mind if the Front Coil springs are worn and the truck sits low in the front, they wont fit!
Have a good one
