Default Tire Question

Will 33x12.50x15 fit on my 95 F150 Eddie Bauer stock rims. Its 2 wheel drive. I was planning on putting a leveling kit on it.

Yeah with a leveling kit it should function just fine!! And how wide are your stock rims, 8" or 10"?

7.5 rims and 12.5 tires seems like a bit of a stretch to me. I'm no expert of rims/tires but my rule of thumb has always been never go with a tire more than 3" wider than the rim. Your looking at 5", that seems a bit much.

Not to mention I think your going to have a problem with back spacing on the stock rims and those tires. I've heard people here say the stock rims with 31X10.50's rub because of the stock rim back spacing.

I see lots of stock rims with 32x11.5x15 with no problems. And I say to myself what's another inch. Maybe too much. Just like that tire gap to as minimum as possible.

33" wont fit on just a leveling kit unless you take the front bumper off. i have to lift mine an extra 2.5" to fit 32s lol.

33x12.50x15 will physically fit on the wheels, tire company's recommend 8.5" wide wheels. The backspacing on your wheels wont be in your favor for 33's. My 94' will clear 33's with just a leveling kit now.

What backspacing would you recommend for 33s and what is the backspacing on the stock rims?? If I'm not mistaken you would want less(?) backspacing, or do I have that backwards??
