should you go by what it says on the door or what it says on the tires?

yea, i have 31's....it says 50psi on the tires, 35si for front and 41psi for the back on the door sticker

i'd go with the tire psi thats on the tire, since its a larger tire and needs more air

yeah go with what is on the tires. i was filling mine up one day. i got 31's bfg at and before i had actucally below stock tires on my truck 135/70/r15 and stock is 135/75/r15. but yeah i always went by door but then i go by tires after my friend told me. even if you want maybe go between 45 and 50.

I was told by my tire guy that you should go by what the tire says unless you are runnimg stock tires and wheels then you go by the door sticker I have been tires from the same guy fro the past 10 yrs,. so I trust him

you mean, 235/75/15? 135/75/15 is like what a geo metro has on it haha i know what you was meaning though..... i just pictured in my head, a f150 with geo metro tires on it lol

thanks guys, ive been running them at 45, at 50 they seemed to wear faster in the middle
