Unhappy timing.. i think

well, she's a 95 f150 4x4 xlt. Bored 40 over, trick flow cam and lifter set, trick flow springs and retainers. F.racing wires and accel coil. Cold air intake... Its got a rough idle cause of the cam but she has no power at all during acceleration. All electronic components are changed. How can you manually adjust the timing. The ecu always resets and I get no adjustment whatsoever. How can make this thing work... Where's the spout connector

Driver side firewall off the TFI Module (ICM)

Make sure the engine has been pre-warmed to norm of temp. 10BTDC is stock w/ SPOUT out. Probably don't want more than 14BTDC. Don't forget to replace the SPOUT plug after Base time check/ adjust.
