Default timing cover help

I have a 1987 ford f150 with a fuel injected 302, i am converting the engine from efi to carb, i have the intake carb and the only problem i am having is the timing cover i want a mechanical fuel pump witch i have the mechanical fuel pump and a timing cover that i got from the swap meet but when i got home the water pump and timing cover dont match up so i was wondering if i should use all the original front pieces with a electric fuel pump or is there a timing cover that will fit the water pump that i have with the mechanical fuel pump port, so basically i was wondering if there was a timing cover exactly like the original timing cover on the 1987 block with a mechanical fuel pump port.

Nope. 1987 was efi as well. if i recal correctly the efi 302s belt system is serpintine and the carbed 302s where v belt systems.

You need the cover from a Mustang 302 about '84 I think. Mustangs had mechanical fuel pumps and serpentine belts about then.
