temperature gauge

Default temperature gauge

The temp gauge on my 95 f150 is always in the middle. .is that normal.

even when the truck is off yes. other wise its says normal in between my c and H for a reason

Well my 92 f150 always ran at 1/4 the way from c to h..that's why i'm asking

the oem temp gauge is not the most reliable of things but it is with in normal running condition. on a hot day mine reaches the A in normal and i run with out a fan shroud (it keeps falling off) sure it could be cooler but for now its fine.

I believe the word you're looking for is accurate, not the most accurate as read on the scale. It is reliable, as long as you know where your truck usually runs at.
