The biggest problem is room to get in there. It depends on which freeze plug it is. Sometimes they rust out and you will be able to see which one it is if you look close enough. Some of them you can get to without any trouble, some you may be able to raise engine and get it. The way I do it is it take a punch and try to push one side in so it spins and I can pull it out when it turns. I once destroyed the entire center until there was only rim left and I had only the rim to work with and it was the one behind the motor mount to boot. Took ALL DAY and then some. To put back in is easy just lightly hammer in the rim first then maybe use a socket or something to get it even, but DO NOT PUSH IN TOO FAR. If you do the coolant flow will eat it up fast and you will be doing it again.

Pull the engine and change them all. The others are just as crappy as that one.
