tailgate question

Default tailgate question

What is the part that attaches to the tailgate? It is like a logo plate. It stretches the length of the tailgate and covers about 50% of it. Also, what is the name of the part that holds that onto the gate. There are three of them and they are the width of the plate with 2 or 3 inch tubes that go through the tailgate to be attached from the other side of the gate.

I call it a "tailgate trim panel". The plastic attachment frames are simply called "A clips" in this Ford diagram:
