Default A/T Fluid Cooler

I am installing an A/T fluid cooler. It must be installed in series with the cooler in the radiator. The fluid is to come out of the radiator cooler and into the A/T cooler then return to the transmission.

Does anyone know for sure which line on the radiator is the return line to the transmission. Since the cooler is on the side instead of the bottom I'm assuming the bottom line is the return...but I don't know for sure.

Thanks

I don't know which line is return at the radiator, but the rear line on an E4OD transmission is return. Its not that hard to trace back to the radiator.

To be sure, you can have someone turn the engine over with the lines off,it will make a mess but you can catch most of the fluid with a plastic jug or something, just be fast on shutting the engine off if it starts,it will only take a second or two to see what line the fluid comes out of the trans, usually the front line on the trans flows to the radiator.
