Ok 90* may be an exaggeration, its your basic freeway interchange. The point is its old and not designed for the traffic on it. And I do take the turn at 75. 40 to 50 is more surface street speed around here. I get cut off by city busses at that speed lol. You will definitely notice a difference with or without the sway bar.
