My 04 has been having the same problem. I replaced the Struts since they where shot and I figured that had to be it, but the front suspension still rattles when I go over bumps.

Check the heat shield on the front catalytic converter. See if it wiggles.

could be the ball joints. I have the same sound coming from my truck and when i checked the suspension i noticed that the ball joints are bad, so my reccomendation would be to check the ball joints and go ahead and check the bearings too, because that could also be the source.

Sometimes i get a squeaky sound coming from the bed when driving and i found that it was from a missing nut on a bed bolt. So i would check that too.
