I'm assuming all your steering/suspension is in good shape? You have new radius arm bushings and there centered in the bracket? Can you post a pic of your brackets? Do they look like these?

Also can you measure your coil spring from top to bottom with the weight of the truck on them? And not when experiencing the problem.
