Default Surging at road speed

Finally got ole Red running GREAT..NO Codes..all 1-1-1's....

However running down the road..all sounds good ..I have noticed there is a slight surging from the motor...If you press the accell..it runs fine..holding pedal still it surges. It isnt a hard surge..just very noticable and you hear it as well...any idea's

Thinking I might need to change the fuel filter...

Thanks

No codes, it's usually a tune up type item.

New Tune less than 5000 miles ago..
Plugs wires rotor cap and rotor air filter ect
Didnt do the fuel filter....yet

New IAC and TPS
Did the Seafoam (1/3 can in oil and gastank) and vacum side..didnt let it stall out though. Going to do it again.. Whats the Max I can run in Oil with an Immeadiate oil change ready..will do the vacum side and let her stall out a couple times as well..and sit 30 mins each time and then do the TB with cleaner... 1/2 can in Gas tank (Seafoam) to finish her off..
Think this idea is OK?????

Where'd you get the wires from? Auto Zone wires suck.

Seems a bit extreme of a SeaFoam treatment, but I don't know if it's not a good idea. Probably won't hurt.

I know this is a late post....but You have just discribed the exact problem I have.

I have a 96' 351W with an automatic
I have replace pluges, wires, rotor, cap, fuel filter...sea foamed....cleaned several sensors...replaced and service all fluids.

I'm wondering if you have fix your problem? and what was the culprit?

Thanks
