The bolt isn't that loose, the starter looks original so I don't see why the bolt would be different. Then again, the two starter bolts required different sockets to remove, if that is any indicator. If you think I can drill through without hurting anything I will probably do that, if I can find someone with large enough bits that is.

both bolts should be the same...mine are 13mm wrench and are metric...
