Default 89 F150 leaky gas tank

I have developed a leak in the front tank of my 89 F150. It only leaks when the engine is running. Before I drop the tank and all of that mess, has anyone else had this problem? Also the rear tank reads very full even after a bunch of miles. When I run on the rear, it runs for about 10 minutes and starts to chug really bad. I thought it was junk in the tank since it sat for so long but I read that gas flows between tanks? Any insight?

The gas leak while running might be the return line, Ford gauges are weird, they never worked right, and for the chugging, check the fuel filter.
