Default Steering wheel HELP

Need help went to remove my steering wheel today and the two holes were the bolts go to attach the puller are striped out the center hole is good but the others are no good any ideas I have a 93 F150 XLT 5.0

Hit the splined shaft with a rubber mallet while someone pulls hard on the steering wheel.....

I usually push seat up all the way, take my knees, put pressure on wheel, put nut on shaft, tap nut, wheel usually comes off.
