Default starting issues

Hello to all, I hope I am in the right spot, if not I do appoligize. I am currently working on a 1996 F150 with a straight 6, It has been over heated and has some issues, however it has good compression, I have replaced radiater, surp. belt, water pump, spark plugs, wire, cap and bug. I have good fuel presure, both pump is working. I have spark to all 6 plugs, wires, coil, cap. I have a truck that will turn over but will not start not even on starter fluid. Any help would be great. Also a friend is going to let me use his dionostic machine where does one plug this in at? I have not found a plug in port? Thank you in advance.
P.S. I have searched trying to find a thread on here simular but have not had luck.

Is it not under the dash? Try on the fire wall in the engine compartment for the hookup for the code reader
