Default Starting

First off I'm glad to be here. I have a 96 F150 4.9L with 210K on it. The only thing wrong is when I turn the key to start her,
she cranks normally, and then it slows to almost a stop and then resumes to crank normal and starts.
She doesn't do this all the time but mostly in the morning and once maybe in the day.
I replace the terminals and cleaned everything up.
I feel like she's is going to let me down soon. Does anyone have any ideas on it?

I'm having a very similar issue. Did you ever get this figured out?
Edit: My problem was the starter. Replaced it and good to go.
