Speakers
6.5 inch door speakers.
If you get a truck box you should be able to fit it. The seat back will be more straight up and down though, less recline. I put my sub face down on the tranny hump, it hits harder there and gives me a nice "console" area

rockford fosgate also makes a sub that will fit with a box combo too i believe. you can fit between 2 to 3 subs behind the seat. you'd be looking for a shallow mount sub. here is a few options.
the p3 shallow mount. offers great bass. slightly expensive but you can check ebay for better prices or crutch field.

i reccament putting this amp with it. it can handel the rms of that sup and the peak watt.
the best combo for great bass would be two p3 shallow mounts hooked to this amp.

it's 700 rms so it can handle the peak watts but all you'd have to do is turn the gain down and tweat the settings slightly so you wouldn't have to worry about over loading your sub. also the most crucial poitn of buying a sub in the inital break in. DO NOT pound your sub a few hours after breaking it in. some people think a good sub is one you can pound hours after buying it.
give it a cycle (approx 2 weeks to 1 month) start it at low rage. about 10 on a stero that maxes at 34 or so. then play like that for about 10 hours (divided between drives obviously). then week two play it at about 20, again this is on a stero that maxes at 34 or so. then week three you should be safe to play it at 25-28. best to set your sub to about +5 and up it by 5 each week. mine maxes the sub at +15 on the deck level.
adjust this to your settings. if your deck wont let you controll treble, bass and your sub. get a new one that does. adjust this info to your system and be smart about it.
hope you get a system that sounds good and works for your bass needs and budget

good luck on the 6.5 in the doors. depending on the company that makes the speakers the basket might be to big. when i bought my new planet audio big bang door speakers i had to cut the hole out about 3/8" for them to fit in.
