spark plug issue

i have a 95 4.9 engine the spark plugs come out half way and than like sieze up, they tightin down again, any help?

when you get it so it feels loose spray some pb blaster in there and let it sit then try to work them out slowly. basically loosen 1/8 of a turn and tighten 1/16 of a turn untill they are out
