Default sluggish performance when warmed up

Lately, my 96 4.9 has been acting very sluggish after its been warmed up, ive done all i can so far to try and fix it, new plugs, fuel filter, strong fuel pump, ractive super flow filter, oil change, no vacuum leaks, its not even throwing any codes.

It just feels sloppy, almost like the clutch fan is always engaged, gets even worse when i turn the A/C on. Hesitates to get up to speed but runs great when its cold.

Any thing else to check? Hard to start looking when its not even throwing codes or is there a method to test the clutch fan, if thats the problem.

mine has been acting the same. it acts fine during warm weather sometimes (extremely rare) but does feel a little better in the cold. mine has the 5.0 and automatic though. i haven't figured it out so maybe we can get some help with this problem lol.
